Rate Filings

This section is of special interest to intervenors and others interested in the details of ATCO Gas monthly rate filings with the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC). In a process approved by the AUC, these rates will automatically be in effect on the first of the month.
 

Cost of Energy (or Gas Cost Recovery Rate) Filings

Direct Energy Regulated Services is responsible for supplying the regulated rate natural gas you use. For more information on regulated rate natural gas available to customers in the ATCO Gas service territory, contact Direct Energy Regulated Services at www.DirectEnergyRegulatedServices.com or call 1-866-420-3174.

You do not have to choose the regulated option, you are free to choose a contract (unregulated) rate other retailers. A list of licensed natural gas retailers in Alberta is available at www.ucahelps.gov.ab.ca.

ATCO GAS SOUTH

May 2008 - Production Rider (filed April 24, 2008)
This rider can be a credit or a debit. The credit/debit represents the difference between the market value and the royalty costs of company owned production.  ATCO Gas does not own production facilities in the North, so this rider only applies to customers who live in the ATCO Gas South service area.

May 2008 - Storage Rider (filed April 24, 2008)

The storage rider relates to the use of the storage facility owned by ATCO Gas in the south by third parties.
