Release of Information

Add a Customer Contact

In its commitment to protecting customer information, ATCO Gas releases information only to the site customer named by the enrolled retailer.

If the site customer is a company or organization, or the site customer wants someone else to be able to also discuss ATCO Gas account information, we offer the option of adding a Customer Contact. Individuals added as Customer Contacts are entitled to the same information as if it were the site customer contacting ATCO Gas.

Is the site customer a company/organization?
Provide a letter, signed by the person authorized to advise ATCO Gas of the people who may speak to us on behalf of your company, organization or association. Please include your contact information and include all service address(es) or site ID(s) to which ATCO Gas is to add those in the letter as Customer Contacts.

Is the site customer a person?
Provide the completed Consent to add an ATCO Gas only Customer Contact form to ATCO Gas, signed by the site customer.

Customer Contacts remain in effect with ATCO Gas for the same time period as the site customer. Please allow two business days from date of receipt by ATCO Gas for Customer Contacts to be added.

One-time Release of Information

If you are the site customer and require information to be released one time only from ATCO Gas to a third-party, please complete and return the Consent to a One-Time Release of Information form.
