Customer Meter Reading Card
ATCO Gas regularly attempts to read its natural gas meters.
Where customers are providing ATCO Gas with regular access to its
meters, customers are welcome to provide additional meter readings.
Customer meter readings do not replace the need for customers to
provide regular access to ATCO Gas for company meter readings. ATCO Gas
will consider customer meter readings in reviewing if its measure of
usage is accurate or requires further investigation.

*To obtain your meter reading cycle or 13-digit Site ID, contact
ATCO Gas.

Here’s what to do

If you wish to have
your customer meter reading considered for billing, check the correct
cycle card for the timeframe during which to contact ATCO Gas with a
reading. If you provide readings before or after the dates for your
cycle, they may not be used for billing.

following the
meter reading
instructions

Locate your 13-digit
ATCO Gas site ID.
It is usually printed on your retailer’s bill and begins with 000. If
you require assistance with your Site ID, please contact ATCO Gas by
email
or call 310-5678.
The date
ATCO Gas receives your meter reading is considered the day your read the
meter.
